Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney owes apology to public for divisive statement following friendly fire death of Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer

During an interview following the shooting deaths of Fargo Police Officer Jason Moszer, Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney said, "people are hunting us...how do you think that sits with us?"

Laney made the volatile statement shortly after Officer Moszer was shot in the line of duty during a stand-off with Marcus Schumacher in Fargo.

Sheriff Laney owes the American public an apology because Officer Moszer was accidently shot by another police officer in the alley.

Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney

Laney’s bull-shit was an attempt to create and ‘us against them’ atmosphere within the public and law enforcement community; an act that could have deadly consequences.

The Laney-type mind-set has already crippled North Dakota.

Laney’s deluded belief that police are being ‘hunted’ when they are required to respond to a call is how the narcissistic ‘I’m a hero’ complex has created an internal cover-up culture that is destroying North Dakota law enforcement.

Write Into Action is preparing the evidence that shows what really happed the night Officer Moszer was accidently shot and will publish it upon completion.

The evidence will also show the involvement of Cass County deputies.

The North Dakota BCI and Cass County States Attorney Birch Burdick need to stop trying to buffalo the public before there’s no hope left for their careers.

You will definitely learn Laney is just an obnoxious big mouth that listened to too many Bonnie Tyler songs - not a hero by any stretch.
